Delivery Information

Orders received before 2pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day.   Orders received over a weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday

UK Mainland Addresses
  • UK Standard delivery (excluding punchbags): £3.99 on all orders. Orders are sent via DPD / Royal Mail Tracked 48, and are fully trackable including SMS confirmation if a mobile number is provided. Items typically arrive within 48 working hours
  • UK Priority delivery (excluding punchbags): £6.99 per order.  Orders are sent via DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24, and are fully trackable including SMS confirmation if a mobile number is provided. Items typically arrive within 24 working hours
  • SANDEE Gym Club: Members will be charged a flat rate of £5.99 per order. Orders will be dispatched via our 'UK Priority delivery' service. See above for details
  • Punchbag delivery: £15 per teardrop punchbag or uppercut wall unit; £45 per conventional punchbag. Orders placed before 12 midday are typically dispatched the same day (subject to bags already filled) and are sent via TNT, which typically arrive within 24 working hours. Other items ordered at the same time will be sent separately via standard delivery.
  • Wholesale/Trade Users: Web orders placed by Wholesale/Trade customers will have delivery charges confirmed at checkout. Cost is charged at £9 per 30kg parcel, or by volume if this is larger than weight.  All orders are sent as per our 'UK Priority delivery' service.  See above for details

UK Non-Mainland Addresses
Only "standard shipping" is available and is as per mainland orders but may be subject to an additional 2-3 days of transit time depending on your exact location. Delivery varies by postcode prefix: BT = £16.80 standard delivery; IM = £15.00 standard delivery; JE = £18.00 standard delivery; GY = £18.00 standard delivery; PO = £12.00 standard delivery.

International Addresses
Orders for delivery outside of the UK are sent using various couriers, suited to the size / weight of your order, together with the country of the recipient.  The rate is accurately calculated and shown at checkout.  Transit times will vary dependant on country.  Delivery timescales are suggested by the courier, and can vary due to
